It all started as a twinkle in Prudence’s eye about 18 years ago—back when magazines were a thing. She thought, why isn’t there a fashion mag that tells you which cocktail pairs with your shoes? That spark of an idea evolved into an app, and with the help of a few talented friends, Shoes & Booze was born. Before all this boozy, shoe fashion fun, Prudence was hard at work gathering 25 years of marketing strategy under her belt. Prudence has helped brands big and small with developing CRM and loyalty programs that focus on the customer experience. She helped McDonald’s optimize their McDelivery CRM program in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia and designed a loyalty program from the ground up for the Virginia Lottery. Out on the town, Prudence pairs her Aperol Spritz with her chic black boots.
