This page explains how to delete your Shoes & Booze mobile app account and request removal of associated personal data. It is provided for Apple App Store and Google Play account-deletion requirements. This website does not delete accounts automatically — use the in-app controls or email us as described below.
Delete in the app (recommended)
If you still have the Shoes & Booze app installed and can sign in:
- Open the Shoes & Booze app.
- Go to your profile / account settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm when prompted.
That action removes your authentication account and associated user profile data from our systems for that account.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the in-app option (for example, you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in), email us and we will process the request manually:
Please include:
- The email or phone number associated with your account
- Whether you used iOS or Android
- A clear request to delete your account and related data

What gets deleted
When deletion is completed, we remove or de-identify:
- Your account / authentication credentials
- Profile information (such as name, phone, photo, preferences)
- Account-linked app records associated with your user ID in our databases
We may retain limited information when required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or complete accounting — only as needed and for as long as necessary.
Timing
In-app deletion takes effect when you confirm the action. Email requests are typically completed within 30 days of verification. We may contact you if we need more information to locate the correct account.
What this page does not do
Submitting a form on this marketing site does not delete your account by itself. Uninstalling the app from your device also does not automatically delete your account data from our servers — use Delete Account in the app or email us.
